RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Takeaway Tiffin, we strive to provide high-quality food and excellent service. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will either:

  • Provide a replacement for the incorrect or missing item, or

  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.

 

2. Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us immediately. We may request a photo of the issue for review. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • For phone or online orders: Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible.

  • For in-store orders: Once payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not available unless an error has occurred.

 

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
